Body, Mind and Voice – A total Approach to Singing.
Caroline is dedicated to finding a total approach to singing based on years of experience as a performer and teacher. All three elements working together will prove vital for the voice to work well and for performances to be stress and tension free.

Breathe and Sing 
Is a phrase often used in lessons, as breath is not only our vital life force it is the life behind singing and performing.

Just Sing – don’t overthink
Singing is, and should be as natural as laughing, crying and speaking. It is an emotional response and as such comes form the heart and gut.

Caroline’s Lessons
• Individually tailored to each student
• Encourage students to find their own natural voice
• Use of body and vocal physiology understanding to help with vocal problems
• Awareness of emotional, physical and mental impacts on singing and performing
• Aim to build not only vocal but also performing confidence.

Caroline also can recommend additional practitioners who can be of help in the life- long journey of singing. She herself works closely with an Osteopath, Aromatherapist, and Physiotherapist to maintain a healthy performing body.
